Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C) we are looking for a Project, Data and Process Manager in Multinational Programs, based in Milan, with the possibility to work on an hybrid work scheme.

The role is inside COO function of Global Corporate and Commercial Business Unit.

Main focus is digital & data projects for Multinational Programs and Network.

It includes ensuring the design, management, execution, roll out and adoption of digital solutions and functionalities while leveraging on business analysis, intelligence and smart automation tools.

These activities are typically cross functional and cross geography.


The person will need to ensure data quality, process efficiency and key functionalities for the Multinational systems supporting and enabling Multinational Programs proposition operational efficiency, portfolio and Network management.


In addition, thanks to the agile and integrated set up of GC&C COO area the person will get the opportunity to work with GC&C Business Relationship Management and Project Management central team function with specific focus on cross functional and transformation projects outside Multinational Program, which could be e.g., AI automation initiatives.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure enhancement and adoption of Multinational Program Global Tools in accordance with MP Model and ensuring relevant data quality and completeness
  • Produce training material and system and process knowledge documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure training for our global tools, MP operation skills development and training to Multinational Programs service Teams, Network and GC&C community
  • Design, plan, support the building and maintenance of business intelligence and business analysis tools and functionalities (Microsoft Excel and Power BI) for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure their monitoring.
  • Project Management: set up, planning, monitoring, change management for projects for digital tools/platform, in accordance with budget and plan
  • Ensure stakeholders management, projects reporting, status update and presentations
  • Monitor performance of key stakeholders in accordance with established KPIs and engaging them in proactive discussions to ensure the agreed level of performance.

Requirements:

Work Experience: 3+ years of professional experience (Corporate Insurance and/or Commercial Insurance experience is a plus)

  • Knowledge of Multinational Programs offering and processes
  • Project Management framework knowledge, business analysis, business intelligence, smart automation skills
  • Experience in the Microsoft suite including Power BI, JIRA or DevOps tool or similar for project life cycle management. Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a datafirst mindset to perform analysis and identify trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems in a time, agile and effective manner. Strong service orientation and hands on approach
  • Crossfunctional and international Mindset: An open and proactive approach to the different challenges and stakeholders of the Commercial Insurance business.
  • Time Management skills, ability to work on multiple and different projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus (Italian, French, Spanish)
  • Availability to travel
