Internship - International HR Operation Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Human Resources Division.

Mission:

Responsibilities:

The intern will learn how to:

Perform analysis on available data from Human Resource Information system
Contribute to create interactive dashboards focused on people analytics
Support HR processes with data and statistics
Act as internal advisor on all projects/initiatives with an impact on data
Full support in the preparation of annual labor cost budget
Contribute to cost controlling, with focus on personnel costs, and reconciliation between budget, forecast and actual figures
Ensure timely and effective updating of HR databases;
Support HR People to manage their Timesheet and Time and Attendance;
Ensure compliance controls with applicable rules and provide relevant reporting (e.g. absences, overtime, unused holidays)

Requirements:

MS Office good knowledge, especially Excel
Fluent level of English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of Business Intelligence software will be a plus (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)

Education:

Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree in Business Administration Finance Management or Economics
