Internship - International HR Operation Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Human Resources Division.
Mission:
Responsibilities:
The intern will learn how to:
- Perform analysis on available data from Human Resource Information system
- Contribute to create interactive dashboards focused on people analytics
- Support HR processes with data and statistics
- Act as internal advisor on all projects/initiatives with an impact on data
- Full support in the preparation of annual labor cost budget
- Contribute to cost controlling, with focus on personnel costs, and reconciliation between budget, forecast and actual figures
- Ensure timely and effective updating of HR databases;
- Support HR People to manage their Timesheet and Time and Attendance;
- Ensure compliance controls with applicable rules and provide relevant reporting (e.g. absences, overtime, unused holidays)
Requirements:
- MS Office good knowledge, especially Excel
- Fluent level of English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence software will be a plus (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
