- gestire processi/progetti in execution insieme ad un team di risorse più junior, a diretto contatto e con il supporto del responsabile di settore del team di M&A
- predisporre e/o supervisionare modelli di valutazione finanziaria e analisi valutative oltre che definire la struttura finanziarie di operazioni di M&A in cooperazione con altri team di prodotto
- supervisionare l'attività delle risorse junior nella preparazione di documentazione relativa all'operazione, quali information memorandum, management presentation, committee memos, etc.
- coaching e tutoring delle risorse junior del team 30902
- Laurea in discipline economiche e finanziarie, o alternativamente in ingegneria gestionale con major in Corporate Finance, con eccellente votazione
- Solide conoscenze in Corporate Finance e Accounting
- Profonda conoscenza e capacità di applicazione dei principali metodi valutativi
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Buona capacità nel motivare e responsabilizzare anche le risorse più junior, favorendo un clima di lavoro collaborativo e valorizzando le idee

Entra in IMI Corporate & Investment Banking, la Divisione di Intesa Sanpaolo che si propone come partner globale al servizio di clienti Corporate, Financial Institutions e Enti pubblici su basi nazionali e internazionali, distinguendosi per una storica presenza sui mercati finanziari e un'offerta estesa e innovativa.
Scopo e Attività
La risorsa sarà inserita nel team di M&A Advisory appartenente alla Divisione Corporate & Investment Banking, che si occupa di consulenza ai propri clienti nelle operazioni di finanza straordinaria quali acquisizioni, cessioni, fusioni, spin-off, etc. e fornirà supporto sia nelle fasi di execution che di marketing di operazione di M&A.
