Marni is looking for a Sales Associate for its
Monte Napoleone Flagship Store.

YOU

  • Authentic, passionate trusted client advisor: an intuitive Sales Associate with a genuine passion for Fashion and Luxury goods market trends;
  • A powerful communicator, handling clients with personal care and empathy, with a client first approach;

  • Selfconfident, appropriate standing and strong communication skills.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Welcome and assist Clients providing an excellent instore experience;
  • Create a longterm authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them;
  • Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary;
  • Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs;
  • Prove Brand and product knowledge;
  • Manage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, taxfree in a punctual and accurate manner;
  • Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures;
  • Thinking innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be uptodate with new fashion trends and competitors;
  • Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a handcrafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance;
  • Transform each client experience into a unique moments by creating a handcrafted experience;

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in fashion/luxury retail
  • Proven track record of successful sales generation, building and developing client relations
  • Resultsdriven and customer focused
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • A fluent knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory, knowledge of a further language will be considered a plus
