The team you'll be part of
The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society.
Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.
In this context spreading technical readiness into our organization with the right speed and with the right focus is a differentiator in winning against competition in this segment.
In doing that it will be key to interface with the various entity of the Optics organization into the NI wider setup, with a special focus in growing on innovative segments like security or automation.
What you will learn and contribute to
- Proactively develop a calendar of training events applicable to the full technical population in the EMEA Customer Engineering organization.
- Organize learning events matching the demand with the offer.
- Keep an updated view of the skills available in the region.
- Pushing for best practices in the EMEA perimeter around technical readiness.
- Develop the right intimacy with Nokia Edu, SBU and PLM/rPLM in organizing training events.
- Manage the pipeline of the activities EMEA wise.
- Update RBC management on regular basis on progress and gaps
Your skills and experience
You must have:
- A strong project management attitude.
- Fluent English and relationships attitude.
- MsOffice
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience on the way Nokia Edu catalogue is built
- Awareness on Optics product catalogue and roadmap.
