Role
- Customer Care data analysis and reporting
- Net promoter score system
- Use of customer support tools and business intelligence
Requisition
- Diploma of Technical Institute or equivalent
- Good attitude for problem solving and direct contact with the customer
- Basic knowledge of connectivity
- Good expressive and synthesis skills and a good language property
- Basic knowledge of English
- Team working skills
- Commercial attitude
