The team Legal, within Gridspertise is looking for a
Legal & Compliance Counsel.**Gridspertise is Enel's brand new subsidiary company, born from the long term field proven expertise of our Global Infrastructure & Networks Business Line.

What you will do:

Support the various staff and business units from the point of view of compliance in order to ensure the company's compliance with the rules on Legislative Decree 231, data protection and antitrust law by assuming the role of DPO;
Participate in multidisciplinary project teams aimed at supporting business activities in terms of compliance;
Draft and revise contractual clauses, policies and internal regulations.

Who you are:

Previous 4 years experience gained in the regulatory field or in antitrust and/or data protection compliance
Deep knowledge in the field of antitrust and / or data protection
Ability to manage complex databases (excel, access.)
Good level of written and spoken English

Preferential equip

Achievement of II level masters in the field of competition protection and / or in the field of compliance 231 and data protection
Experience in areas of regulatory compliance
