    Regional Manager in Europe.

    What you will do:
  • As Regional Manager in Europe, you will be responsible for all activities in the region related to:
  • Support the Sales team in the development of commercial proposals for the adoption of Gridspertise solutions in new clients;
  • Engage with Sales responsible in the region for analyzing sales opportunities, prepare answer to tenders in the region, prepare technical and economical proposal for customer projects using Gridspertise portfolio of products;
  • Collaborating with technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients. Creating and presenting proposals, demonstrations, and presentations to showcase the value of system integration services;
  • Collaborating with the Gridspertise product development team to identify areas of improvement for existing products, as well as identifying opportunities for new product development;
  • Ensure the adoption of the Gridspertise digital solutions purchased by clients in the region, managing the adoption projects of the digital solution from contract signature to transition to operations;
  • Overseeing activity with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate business requirements into solutions based on Gridspertise portfolio integrated with customer legacy systems.
  • Managing project portfolios to ensure delivery on time and within budget;
  • Identifying and mitigating ITrelated risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and safeguarding data and systems;
  • Ensuring timely delivery of IT services, overseeing service desk operations, handling incidents, and providing technical support to resolve issues promptly;
  • Managing IT budgets, allocating resources effectively, and optimizing costs while ensuring the availability of necessary resources for ongoing operations and projects;
  • Managing relationships with external vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met for outsourced IT services; Overseeing contract management processes, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and nurturing longterm client relationships to foster repeat business

Who you are:


  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree preferably in Engineering or Information Technology, with:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer operations management role in a leading system integration company;
  • Experience of at least 2 years as a system integrator in activities in the context of Smart Meter and Smart Grids;
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Systems. Understanding the architecture, components, and interdependencies of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, storage systems, and cloud services;
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM). Knowledge of ITSM frameworks like ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) for efficient service delivery, incident management, problem resolution, change management, and service desk operations. SecDevOps;
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity. Awareness of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and threat landscapes to ensure robust security measures, including data protection, network security, identity management, and incident response;
  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing. Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their services to effectively leverage cloud resources, optimize costs, and ensure scalability and reliability;
  • Knowledge of Networking and Infrastructure Technologies. Proficiency in networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) essential for maintaining network stability, connectivity, and security;
