Based in Milan we are seeking an
E-commerce Marketplace Intern M/W **to be a part of our inclusive mountain-loving team at Rossignol.

MISSIONS

The ecommerce intern will be able to assist the ecommerce team with all activities due to manage an online marketplaces and learn all about this.

He/she will mainly deal with all operational regular duties due to keep the site always functioning and accurate in all its aspects.

***- Order management and operation: main point of reference on daily operations, shipments and returns, monthly reconciliations and stock movements.

Supporting the planning activities related to the catalogue, shooting and logistics.
Manage product related requests from customer service.
Price maintenance activities including promo and end of season sale price uploads/updates.
Assist with season catalogue building.
Manage contents correct imagery, product descriptions and details.
Support online merchandising activities (ad hoc pages creation, product sorting, new tools implementation,).
Site testing, bug reporting both for maintenance activities and new projects.

PROFILE

Graduate level education (or equivalent).
Excellent usage of Excel.
Fluent in English. Other languages will be a plus.
Excellent ability to work to tight deadlines and handle workload.
Attention to details, preciseness, accuracy.
Preferable experience in ecommerce or retail dept.
Experience in working in multicultural team would be a plus.
Analytical background and skills.
Proactive, curious, humble, eager to learn, adaptable to changes.
