Based in Milan or at the heart of our HQ in St Jean de Moirans, in an international context we are looking for
a E-commerce intern.


The ecommerce intern will be able to assist the ecommerce team with all activities due to manage an online store and learn all about this.


He/she will mainly deal with all operational regular duties due to keep the site always functioning and accurate in all its aspects.


MISSIONS
***- Assist with season catalogue building.

  • Manage content verification process as it relates to the product on site correct imagery, product descriptions and details.
  • Support online merchandising activities (ad hoc pages creation, product sorting, new tools implementation,).
  • Support online content activities, both text and imagery.
  • Site testing, bug reporting both for maintenance activities and new projects.
  • Price maintenance activities including promo and end of season sale price uploads/updates.
  • Assist with reporting.
  • Manage product related requests from customer service.

PROFILE

  • Graduate level education (or equivalent).
  • Preferable past experience in ecommerce or retail dept.
  • Experience in working in multicultural team would be a plus.
  • Fluent in English. Other languages will be a plus.
  • Excellent usage of Excel.
  • Analytical background and skills.
  • Strong internet knowledge
  • Excellent ability to work to tight deadlines and handle workload.
  • Attention to details, preciseness, accuracy.
  • Proactive, curious, humble, eager to learn, adaptable to changes.
