Opportunity as Finance Director in a leading Real Estate Family Business

Opportunity to play a key role in a Taylor Made business

About Our Client:

Our client is a Family Company, a leader among private real estate operators in Italy thanks to a value-added strategy capable of combining economic results with the relevant international standards.

They operate on their own real estate assets and ventures in which they personally invest, building trusting relationships with their clients.

Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow.
Preparing Financial Statements, budgets, and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with tax, laws and regulations and file tax returns on time.
Develop and implements financial strategies that support the overall goals of the company.
Identify, assess, and manage financial risk and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Manage the company's financial resources effectively and efficiently, continuously improving financial processes and systems.
Provide support in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transaction, including financial analysis, due diligence, and negotiation.
Manage relationship with bank and equity investors.

The Successful Applicant:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
8+ years of experience in financial management, with a focus on real estate development
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proven ability to manage and acquisition (M&A) transaction is a plus.
Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Italian
