Company Overview

Scoope of the position:

Intervene in the event of hardware and software update activities related to user/ICT Directorate requests.
Operate in compliance with current procedures and regulations (Privacy Law and GDPR, SOX, ISMS Corporate, ISO TS).
Provide first level support on issues related to both office and production users.
Use and maintain the company's ticketing system, assigning the correct group and following up their resolution within the set timeframe.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage Disaster Recovery tests within his/her responsibility based on instructions received from his/her direct manager.
Update and check noncompliant systems communicated to him/her by his/her direct manager. Managing and updating the corporate information system
Collaborate in the implementation and physical installation of devices, their cabling and connection of workstations.
Participating in defined training courses and highlighting personal needs for further training.
Proactively participate in and encourage the exchange of information within the division.
Carry out support and upgrade activities for networkrelated devices, connectivity and cabling.
Install and configure hardware and instruct users on its use according to Lear rules.
Maintain the main asset management system up to date.
Manage ticketing and escalation by assigning the ticket to the correct group, follow the evolution of the solution and inform the customer of the outcome.
Knowledge of the most widely used information systems (Ex. Office).
