Di cosa ti occuperai Sarai inserito/a nel team PMO del Reparto service Desk Online ed avrai la responsabilità di assicurare una gestione efficiente ed efficace dei progetti di business, aiutando l'adozione delle metodologie scelte, migliorandone i processi d'uso e proponendone di nuovi. Nello spedcifico avrai il compito di:
Supervisionare la pianificazione relativa al reparto Service Desk Online, lo sviluppo e l'implementazione dei progetti promuovendo soluzioni, principi, standard e best practise metodologiche e vigilando sull'adozione degli stessiPartecipare al processo di pianificazione strategica contribuendo alla realizzazione del planning di reparto.Organizzare e gestire il backlog generale dei progetti collaborando con i vari PMO, con la responsabilità di rendere efficienti le relazioni dovute alle interdipendenze dei progetti e ottimizzando i carichi di lavoro in relazione alle priorità generali.Creare e gestire la projects pipeline definendo con le funzioni rilevati le modalità di selezione e supervisionandone l'adozione al fine di sottoporre periodicamente il ranking dei progetti da valutare al management.Sei il/la candidato/a ideale se hai Laurea in Ing. gestionale o affini ed esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruolo analogo.Conoscenza del framework PPM, della metodologia Prince2 e ITILVisione strategica e un forte orientamento all'obiettivoForte orientamento all'innovazione e al miglioramento continuo.Ottime doti relazionali, comunicative e buone capacità di people management.Ottima propensione al lavoro in team.Proattività e flessibilità di pensiero.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.Formazione continua con piani di Induction strutturati per i nuovi ingressi in azienda e percorsi specifici in funzione del Ruolo/Area.Se previsto dalla mansione potrai lavorare in modalità agile, grazie alle politiche applicate in azienda.Ambiente smart e collaborativo.Possibilità di crescita professionale.Sede di lavoro: Italy Possibilità di lavorare da remoto o in una delle sedi principali del gruppo quali Firenze, Arezzo, Milano, Ponte San Pietro (BG), Roma, Torino.
