The Up & Cross Selling Representative actively contributes to the business growth through :
Up selling activities:
identify opportunities to upsell existing customers by understanding their needs and tailoring solutions through an outbound and inbound activityCross selling activities: analyze customer usage patterns and recommend relevant solutionsMaintain a deep understanding of DKV Mobility's offerings to effectively communicate value propositionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsCollaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance the overall customer experienceManage customer conditions in the CRM and other sales toolPrior experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
