Job Overview:

  • The Digital Marketing Manager we are looking for, will work in our Creative Department and manage Digital Marketing, Digital Copywriting, Digital PR and Community Management, in compliance with our company philosophy, operating standards and procedures. She/he will help to create and maintain a harmonious work atmosphere with a focused approach on collaboration.

Main responsibilities and duties:

  • Will be in charge of Digital Copywriting which includes drafting micro copy, translation from English to Italian and vice versa, research and development for digital projects;
  • Will carry out activities aimed at the online promotion of products, services and events related to Reschio Brand;
  • Will monitor, manage and optimize online reputation of the company;
  • Will manage digital communities in the social platforms in which Reschio is involved _(Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps, Tripadvisor, Pinterest, TikTok, Youtube, Linkedin)_. Work on the image that the public and opinion leaders have of the company;
  • Will manage the Instagram page of the staff and will create a production of photos and videos, posting the contents sent by HR;
  • Will interact with users answering all their questions and requests, always being mindful of Reschio's Tone of Voice. Take charge of the customer care as a function of the brand reputation;
  • Will keep professional and ethical relationships with guests, suppliers and colleagues;
  • Will embrace a positive and collaborative work atmosphere within the team;
  • Will maintain very high standards of behaviour and grooming.

Skills and competencies required:

  • At least 5 years previous experience in the same role;
  • Strong communication skills active listening;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking;
  • Be a team player and have a proactive approach;
  • Fluent in English and Italian (C1 level);
