- Close relationship and regular meetings with the site management to support upcoming projects, address changes and resolve issues and risks
- Document, maintain, support, and optimize site infrastructure IT architecture, applications and services in-line with defined group standards
- Ensure IT costs and spend are in alignment with the IT Budget
- Develop and support the local management in business performance improvement, efficiency and cost saving initiatives
- Assist IT management to interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors
- Manage and ensure the effectiveness of security solutions, servers and optimal operation of all IT hardware and equipment and their associated operating systems and software
- Document and manage all IT requests and issues in the ticket management system to a high standard and in accordance with service delivery guidelines
- Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience in a relevant IT discipline
- Working technical knowledge of network, operating systems, servers, infrastructure hardware, protocols and IT standards
- Experience with Microsoft products operating within an ITIL or similar framework
- Experience with VMware products Desirable
- Excellent English and Italian communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve target deadlines
- Excellent organization and time management skills

Purpose:
The role of the IT Site Coordinator - Bertinoro is to plan, organize, and manage overall operations to ensure the stability of IT services, in-line with Service Level Agreements and business requirements to limit IT related impact on site production.
