As a

CRM & Loyalty Manager, you are an analytic mind who enjoys creating strategies for increasing engagement with clients, keeping them passionate about Starhotels.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Implement efficiently CRM strategies across the organization to optimize customer value and engagement.
  • Coordinate with RCS and Team Loyalty for updating master data sheets and allocation of points for I AM STAR members.
  • Update I AM STAR database according to the clients' enquiries.
  • Ensure coordination between CRM and CMS to guarantee the correct allocation of I AM STAR members points.
  • Deliver reporting on the effectiveness of different campaigns and activities.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team regarding all the activities/initiatives.
  • Developing, implementing and managing retention marketing tactics to deliver increased purchase frequency and value to meet business objectives.
  • Analysing data from retention marketing campaigns and reporting performance insights to recommend improvements.
