OBJECTIVE

The
HR Specialist work closely to the
HR Manager to implement corporate
HR processes and procedures, personalizing with the local needs and laws.

This position supports the business by providing direction on people strategies, organization development, and other strategic initiatives. The Human Resources Generalist will serve as a trusted advisor for the site.

The main objectives of this high-impact role are focused on supporting the key
HR strategies to attract, engage, develop, reward, and retain a diverse, highly qualified, and culturally aligned employee base.

She / he works closely to the Departments Managers as a Partner to manage the local population respecting the corporate guideline and supporting the development of the local market.


TASKS

HR

  • Provide full range of day to day
    HR support to the local team including staffing, employee/union relations, performance management, organizational development, benefits, compensation, DE&I and training & development.
  • Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Process for all the local roles: individuation of client needs, define Job Descriptions, management of interview process, management and negotiation of economic remuneration.
  • Talent Management: Support to define and monitoring TM process, identify Talent and support to define an action plan.
  • Development: Change of Contract, Probationary Period, Promotions, Job Rotation.
  • Manage the Org Announcements and guide the local Managers when changes are needed.
  • Definition of local Training Plan, the Onboarding and promote the Corporate Training Initiatives.
  • Manage the
    HR admin activities: PS updating, contractors, agreement, benefits.
  • Support to manage the locale Sales bonus.
  • Creation, supervision of the local EHS activities, adapting Corporate input to local legislation.
  • Manage the Facility Management and the General Services activities.
  • Cooperate to manage Job Evaluation, Performance Evaluation and Merit Review.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and implement EB activities.
  • Technical unemployment, Trade Unions Relationship, Restructuring processes, Disciplinary Handling.
  • Alignment and implement of local policies and procedures with Corporate ones.
  • Develop appropriate human resource plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment. Develop and implement appropriate change management plans as required.
  • Implement and monitor adherence to all organization specific Human Resource related policies, procedures and practices.
  • Ensure proper handling of respective company policies.

Competencies & Skills

  • Experience in
    HR function with a generalist role
  • High level of Italian essential + English
  • Organization, prioritization, multitasking, focus on continuous improvement, great social skills
  • Master or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies with a focus on
    HR
