OBJECTIVE
The
HR Specialist work closely to the
HR Manager to implement corporate
HR processes and procedures, personalizing with the local needs and laws.
The main objectives of this high-impact role are focused on supporting the key
HR strategies to attract, engage, develop, reward, and retain a diverse, highly qualified, and culturally aligned employee base.
She / he works closely to the Departments Managers as a Partner to manage the local population respecting the corporate guideline and supporting the development of the local market.
TASKS
HR
- Provide full range of day to day
HR support to the local team including staffing, employee/union relations, performance management, organizational development, benefits, compensation, DE&I and training & development. - Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Process for all the local roles: individuation of client needs, define Job Descriptions, management of interview process, management and negotiation of economic remuneration.
- Talent Management: Support to define and monitoring TM process, identify Talent and support to define an action plan.
- Development: Change of Contract, Probationary Period, Promotions, Job Rotation.
- Manage the Org Announcements and guide the local Managers when changes are needed.
- Definition of local Training Plan, the Onboarding and promote the Corporate Training Initiatives.
- Manage the
HR admin activities: PS updating, contractors, agreement, benefits. - Support to manage the locale Sales bonus.
- Creation, supervision of the local EHS activities, adapting Corporate input to local legislation.
- Manage the Facility Management and the General Services activities.
- Cooperate to manage Job Evaluation, Performance Evaluation and Merit Review.
- Employer Branding: Develop and implement EB activities.
- Technical unemployment, Trade Unions Relationship, Restructuring processes, Disciplinary Handling.
- Alignment and implement of local policies and procedures with Corporate ones.
- Develop appropriate human resource plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment. Develop and implement appropriate change management plans as required.
- Implement and monitor adherence to all organization specific Human Resource related policies, procedures and practices.
- Ensure proper handling of respective company policies.
Competencies & Skills
- Experience in
HR function with a generalist role - High level of Italian essential + English
- Organization, prioritization, multitasking, focus on continuous improvement, great social skills
- Master or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies with a focus on
HR
