We are currently seeking a Junior IT Digital who will report to the IT Digital innovation specialist as part of our dynamic team in Rome (Head Quarter).

Your opportunity_

Through digital innovation task and project, you will support the Innovation Specialist to find new and exciting ways to let Brioni connect with its customers.

How you will contribute_
Create constructive and proactive relationships with MIS team members and colleagues from other departments (Digital, Marketing, Inventory, Retail )
Support the manager in the discovery of the new IT digital solutions and market trends
Manage ticketing and basic project management tools
Support, during the project, the main activities such as: analysis cooperation, write minutameetings, gathering the documentation, highlight next steps and followup
Coproduce the project documentation such as: Power Point presentation, Excel file processing, flow design in Visio, basic mockup, operation manual, guidelines, etc.
Support in scheduling meeting/agenda with internal Brioni staff and external partner
Support the MIS team in simplifying the internal activities and processes
Who you are_
Prior experience in similar position
College/university graduate in Computer science other equivalent degree
Very good knowledge about Windows and Apple computers and mobile devices
Good knowledge of Office 365 suite
Good analytical and problemsolving skills
Highly organized and able to plan efficiently (task, meeting, activities)
Highly innovative mindset and a solid background in technology, analysis and critical evaluation of information gathered from multiple sources.
Knowledge of modern toolsets in environments in ferment
Knowledge of project approach (waterfall agile)
Proactive and constructive approach; highlight the problem but propose alternative solutions
Curiosity for any kind of technology innovation in the fashion environment.
Curiosity in WEB3, Metaverse and digital experience
