STUDENT LIFE ASSISTANT

Reporting hierarchically to the Student Life Supervisor, the Student Life Assistant will assure all the activities related to the promotion of student social integration within the campus and the Italian culture by supporting them in daily life needs and foster inter-departmental connections among students through social networks and events in presence.

He/She will support the development and production of NABA Merchandising collections and assure the activities related to its launch, promotion and distribution among students, staff and externally.

Plan and execute extracurricular courses on campus (educational and recreational activities etc.), cultural trips, walking tours, and sports activities; supports the agreements and relations with cultural and commercial institutions, partners and external service providers.
Monitors and promotes among students' special events and parties and other projects in order to improve the integration of the students.
Monitors, moderates and enhances the Social Network activity on the NABA noninstitutional channels.
Assure the development of NABA Merchandising collections, in collaboration with the Communication Department, promoting initiatives and the new products among students, staff and externally.
Support to Registration Office during immatriculation period regarding the bureaucratic and administrative aspects (e.g. permesso di soggiorno, fiscal codes, opening of bank accounts, health insurance, etc.)

Technical Skills required:

2 years of experience in the promotional activities and in the organization of events in a multicultural environment

Passion and attitude to social media

B2/C1 level of English

Good knowledge of Excel, knowledge of adobe suit will be considered a plus

Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, charism, and propensity towards sport
