Posizione:
The trainee will support the Customer Service Representative for the daily execution of the following main CS processes:
- Order-To-Invoice processes;
- Claim management;
- Daily contact with customers, Operations team and Sales staff;
- Facilitation of shipments in collaboration with Logistics.
Requisiti:
Key Accountabilities:
1) Process customer
orders on time, track and manage delivery fulfilment (including invoicing,
documentation, etc);
2) Ensure that all
customer inquiries, claims and issues are rightfully attended to on time and
in the best way possible to solve problems and give them satisfaction;
3) Work closely with
the various PLI departments i.e. Sales, S&OP, Finance, Supply Chain &
Operations and Logistics team to continuously improve the customer
experience;
4) Provide pricing,
availability, and schedule information within established guidelines;
5) Research and
obtain resolution of a variety of complex customer complaints and issues;
6) Keep an adequate
contacts and telephone.
7) May conduct
training for entry-level representatives.
8) In case of CSR
International Ops:
awareness of export and customs technicalities.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Marketing / Business Management / Foreign Languages
- Proven working experience as a customer service team or equivalent.
- Strong Customer Centric attitude.
- High level of problemsolving attitude.
- High Knowledge of 2 EU languages English and (Polish, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish and Dutch, depending on the case);
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) is a plus.
- Strong customerfacing and communication skills.
