ISF Specialist Cardio - Napoli
500 million That's the number of patients using Sandoz medicines every year and the number is about to grow.

  • The ISF Specialist promotes Sandoz portfolio and services to customers by providing information and education that enables optimized patient outcomes.
  • A division of Novartis, Sandoz is a global leader in generic and biosimilar medicines, committed to playing a leading role in driving access to medicine worldwide

Your key responsibilities:


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Promotes Sandoz portfolio and services by providing the latest, relevant and authorized data, key messages and disease information to the right customer at the right time, to support HCP decision making and optimize patient outcomes in an ethical way.
  • Leverages all available data sources to create, dynamically prioritize and adapt relevant territory and customer engagement plans.
  • Maintains a deep and current knowledge of industry, TA, competitor and buyer dynamics and focuses effort on priority customer opportunities.
  • Leverages advanced customer engagement skills to deliver high quality customer interactions and improving customer experience for the benefit of patients.
  • Behave ethically, follow regulatory requirements and adhere to Novartis values and behaviours.

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Previous experience within Cardio therapeutic area.
  • Proficiency in Italian. Good knowledge of English desirable.
  • Able to understand the dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Goal oriented and highly effective communication skills.

Napoli.
