We are looking for a Team Leader QnR electrolytic capacitors to join our team in
Umbertide, Italy.

What will you be doing?

Reporting to AVP Quality and Reliability Europe.
Building the quality and reliability team.
In charge of the whole quality and reliability process in production line.
Performing thorough failure analysis of failed components and implementation of corrective actions.

Requirements:

Education: B.Sc. in Electronics, Materials, Chemistry, Mechanics or BA in physics.
CQE, CQR in Quality or Reliability engineering advantage.
Deep understanding of physics, chemistry and reliability of different materials and manufacturing topic.
Experience in reliability of components' manufacturing processes, and failure analysis.
Selfmotivated and task oriented.
Excellent human relations skills.
Communication in Italian and English, speaking and writing high level.
