We are looking for a Logistics and Support Admin to join our team in Treviso, Italy.

What will you be doing?
Logistics

Oversee all daytoday operations of inbound/outbound logistics
Send all necessary proformas and documents to International Customers
Communicate all prepayment requests with International Customers and Forwarders
Create and maintain all shipping logs in our database for foreign and domestic shipments
Approve all necessary shipping documents for finished goods travelling from overseas.
Work in collaboration with international forwarders, customs, HQ and distributors

Administration

Work in collaboration with our local administration office for all invoices related to RMA or reimbursements to our installers.
Management of RMA reimbursement cases on company's dedicated portal

Requirements:

Associates degree preferred and/or training in transportation
Experience with logistics and/or carrier
Experience with domestic and international freight modes
Knowledge about INCOTERMS
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
SAP experience preferred and must be PC literate in Microsoft products
Ability to learn quickly and retain detailed information
Able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks timely and efficiently
