This prestigious Hotel houses 99 guest rooms and suites and is provided with 2 Restaurants, 2 Bars, a Meeting room and an innovative Wellness Center & SPA of 2,000 square meters with 1 indoor and 2 outdoor swimming pools.
The SPA Manager of the opening 5-Star Hotel "L'Affetto sul Lago di Garda" of the international Hotel chain Travel Charme is responsible of the SPA department ́s team, start up and processes.
This role reports directly to the General Manager of the Hotel and cooperates with the external RSPP.Responsibilities The SPA Manager will be responsible for the efficient operations of the SPA department by coordinating a team of therapists, cosmetologists, masseurs, pool runners, sports trainers, hairdressers and SPA receptionists, providing holistic wellness, beauty treatments and services, overseeing the overall smooth SPA running and efficiency.
The SPA Manager will guarantee that every day-by-day SPA processes, standards and procedures are implemented, provided and maintained at the highest level in every corner of the SPA.
The SPA Manager will develop the SPA team, assure all administration duties (e.g., but not limited to time scheduling, cost control and supplies) are well maintained and effective.
The SPA Manager will assist in welcoming and orientating customers, SPA reservations, always with the top level of hospitality and professionalism, consenting special requests if possible.
