MSAT Process Science Expert
(maternity replacement)

Job Purpose


The MSAT Process Science Expert will support process improvement and troubleshooting experiments in order to robust the manufacturing processes in MSAT Process Science Analytical and Secondary laboratories according to Quality and Safety GSK guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support process improvement experiments in order to robust the manufacturing processes
  • Support manufacturing in troubleshooting experiments according to challenging timelines and by prioritization of activities
  • Setup of downscale models in order to reproduce Manufacturing scale.
  • Collaborate with all laboratories to share objectives of project and other functions (Quality/Engineering) to implement standards (e.g. Validation/Qualification) and to handle special events
  • Organizing daily laboratory work: housekeeping, etc.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:


  • University degree in scientific field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry or Chemistry)
  • Knowledge of analytical techniques: chromatography, colorimetric assays (RPC, SEC, SDS-PAGE, capillary electrophoresis)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office programs and other programs for evaluation of data
  • Good communication and presentations skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:


  • Knowledge of chromatography softwares
  • Good level of spoken and written English
