System Support Analyst:

Technical Support
Provide technical support for all systems, includes after hours and holidays
Perform research and root cause analysis on inquires
Assist users with troubleshooting of computer related issues such as browser compatibility, system settings and user login security
Maintain active record of open defects and enhancements
Possess advanced knowledge of policy administration system anatomy
Track all inquiries received

Complex Technical Support

Performs research and root cause analysis on the more complex problems, escalating complex system problems for further analysis and research as need is determined
Proactively document and communicate technical system processes for end users in both written and verbal format
Assist with project work, testing, and research, as needed

Team Leadership

Provide status updates on outstanding problems
Assist with team planning, quality monitoring, and training
Maintain team policies and procedures
Assist Business System Analyst with project work, testing, and research, as needed

System User Access

Manage new set ups and changes for AL3 Download
Manage security, new setups and changes for external users for modernLINK, Accessory Manager and AMsuite.
Maintain historical records of setups security auditing

WE EXPECT:

Exhibits applied knowledge of American Modern Policy Administration and Agency Management System Knowledge
Shows intermediate skills in Word and Excel
3+ years of related insurance experience is preferred
2+ year of General American Modern Product Knowledge
High School Diploma or GED
