POSITION


Reporting to the Communication Director, the Head of Events is responsible to produce and follow implementations of Events, to maximize brand visibility and awareness, reinforce brand identity, drive sales, and increase customers loyalty.

The Head of Event will be asked to ideate and propose creative solution from Brand momentum - Fashion Week Press Presentation and press day - to more commercial centric activation - as Product Launches, Client Events and in store events.

The Head of Events will drive end-to end Events' development from the concept to the implementation in terms of agency management, location scouting and coordination of décor (product knowledge), general logistics management including guest handling, contracts and budgeting supervision.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle worldwide event's organization like: Fashion Week activation, External PR agency press days, corporate events, instore events and coordinating with the corporate image team for the instore set up and gifts development
  • Ensure maximum sales and luxury client experience by clearly conveying the brand focus, desired results, and event flow
  • Partner with regions to review local event proposals to support regional objectives and align with global guidelines
  • Together with Go-ToMarket develop global retail marketing events/activations formats for each campaign
  • Identify and engage production agencies, producers
  • Identify exciting potential event partners in regional markets
  • Ensure flawless execution of all aspects of pre/post event planning
  • Manage event budget and retroplanning timeline
  • Coordinate external (procurement, VIC, product development, Go to Market) and internal stakeholders of each project.
  • Coordinate with the digital, CRM and central media team relating to the amplification of each event.
  • Control and reporting of press reviews for the purposes of study and research related to sector ww events and management of reports at regional level.

PROFILE

  • At least 10 years of experience in Events department within luxury industry or Events Agency
  • Excellent organization and planning skills: an eye for details and esthetics
  • Ability to perform under stress and manage harmoniously the team: ask for and win support by colleagues
  • Capacity to work in multicultural environments and intellectual agility to interact with people from different cultures, competencies and background be a team player
  • Curiosity, strong drive to overcome organizational barriers and setbacks, great capacity to listen and decode weak signals
  • Lateral thought and ability to find solutions in a timely manner
  • Enthusiasm for luxury industry and passion for numbers and its analysis will be a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
