  • JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Acts as a key referent of the markets ensuring campaign executions are in place supporting them through regular calls.
  • Supports in the coordination of marketing calendar execution
  • from assisting on briefing creation to results collection. Supports the Coordinator in collecting all relevant information related to the campaign (Assets/Copy Guidelines/ADV SKUs) and circulating it to all the key stakeholders. The Business Marketing Junior Coordinator is responsible for assortment checks with Merchandising teams and Copy kick off with Content team.
  • Ensure post mortem campaign reports are shared by markets and COEs according to established timings and flows and consolidate them in order to support decision making.
  • Is responsible for Digital Calendar updates tracking (ensure visibilities are aligned to latest discussions with markets and project coordinator) and ensure Brand Calendars are always up to dated, facilitating the flow of information with all relevant stakeholders in case of changes (for ex. RISC)
  • Keeps track of local budgets, specific brand incentives and chargebacks requests. Supports the Coordinator in the preparation of Quarterly recap on the YTD Spent and To Go with key geographies.
  • AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
  • Project Management

Monitor, follow and measure every initiative as if it were a project: respecting deadlines, liaising with all relevant stakeholders, prioritizing tasks while working on multiple projects, keeping track of others' contributions by defining accountability with those involved, collecting results and consolidating them.


  • Business Marketing Reporting
Collect and consolidate business information, being able to understand key Retail KPIs (penetration, NS trends etc.) and drawing take outs from markets reports

  • Support Corporate and Market Team Needs
  • Be available and ready to support business ever changing needs (retail mindset), acting as bridge between local and corporate teams, liaising with the right level of information always to hand
  • NETWORK OF INTERACTION:
  • INTERNAL : local marketing teams (including VIP and Directors), Retail communication managers, Corporate COEs, Brand Managers and other retail corporate marketing functions.

  • Marketing educational background preferred but not mandatory dependent on professional experience.
