JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As part of the Lenses Market Strategy department, the person will be involved in analysis, definition of go to market and pricing strategies for all geographies and channels in which the Group operates and presentation of strategic insights to top management.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Distribution & GTM Strategy:


  • Drive the analysis, definition, presentation and implementation of Lenses GtM strategies across all geographies and channels where the group operates with all other relevant stakeholders in the organization, thus providing strategic insights in terms of what, how, when, where and at what commercial conditions are lenses sold in the market.

Pricing Strategy:


  • Execute analysis and definition of the main pricing drivers for lenses in the different markets, drive conversations with local partner on the definition of prices for new product launches as well as simulation of economic impacts of price changes and deployment of agreed price changes.

Global Business Performance Analysis:


  • Execute lenses sales performance analysis along the main axis of analysis in terms of geographies, sales channels, product categories, brands and customers with the aim to pinpoint best practices and new areas of opportunities.

Local Market Analysis:


  • Drive conversations with all local counterparts to understand local market dynamics in terms of market potential, value chain structure, direct competitors and other players in the market to provide strategic insights to top management
