Mission
Support the creation of innovative solutions for client experiences based on emerging technologies.


Profile:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in researching and monitoring luxury and tech market trends.
  • Provide analytical and project management support.
  • Support the implementation, testing, and documentation of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and prototypes related to new experiences.
  • Conduct startup and technology scouting campaigns in the form of reports and presentations.
  • Assist in designing and implementing innovative client experiences.
  • Use design thinking principles to accelerate the creation of innovative customer journeys.
  • Promote and disseminate a culture of innovation within the company.

Technical skills

  • Degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing innovation and transformation projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluency in English

Soft Skills

  • Critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
