Job Description:


  • You will be among the very first hires in our Italian HQ and develop the expansion of one of Germany's fastest growing startups
  • You will initiate and take full ownership of strategic and operational projects and drive them forward proactively
  • You will be a sparring partner for our country director and jointly ensure that we are reaching the key milestones of our European internationalization strategy
  • You will drive new projects and ventures (Zero to 1) together the German and Italian leadership team
  • You will roll out battleproven processes and operations while ensuring adaptability within the context of the Italian market
  • You will experience what it means to build up an independent entity from scratch and scale it to size within months
  • You will be responsible for transporting our Enpal identity from Germany while codeveloping an Italian twist

Qualifications:


  • You are an entrepreneur at heart with a handson mentality and a solution to everything
  • You have excellent practical judgement and prioritization skills (80:20)
  • You are strong at prioritizing, focus on what is really important, and think about "what's next" on your own
  • You demonstrate strong organizational skills, love to plan and execute plans
  • The way you work is strongly analytical, you can break down problems and convey complex messages in a topdown approach
  • Your work style is highly analytical, and you can deconstruct problems and communicate complex ideas in a topdown approach.
  • Goes without saying: You have highly proficient Excel skills
  • You have 6 months 2 years of experience in highly demanding and fastpaced environments (e.g., consulting, investment banking, fastgrowing startup, VC)
  • You are fluent in Italian and English
