Posizione:


Team Leader and Project Coordinator


In the context of a Team Leader and Project Coordinator, we are looking for a Team Leader who would be available to relocate for the period of 1 year or more to one of our offices (Germany, Brazil, Mexico, Tunisia or Morocco) to coordinate technical activities and projects.


  • Technical coordination of project development and tasks assigned to project team;
  • Active presence at the daily progress meetings;
  • Taking in charge and daily monitoring the required action plan;
  • Interacting with the team members, in order to guarantee the implementation of the action plan;
  • Task Progress with the Engineering and Vehicle Platform Team (weekly reporting);
  • Keeping the summary document daily up to date (Actions, timing, open issues);
  • Daily interaction with customers technical references to discuss issues, tasks on development and project plans.

Requisiti:


Required Technical Skills:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechatronics or Vehicle Engineering;
  • Management skills, with a minimum of
    5 years of project coordination experience;
  • Automotive background;
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting.

Required Soft Skills:


  • Excellent ability to work in a team and within a complex organization;
  • Leadership;
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills;
  • Ability to simultaneously manage different tasks;
  • Experience in working in cross functional teams;
  • Availability to travel.

Language skills
:
Italian and
English are
mandatory, a third language is a plus.
