About the Role:

As Order Procurement & Field Force Distribution Specialist you will have the full ownership of end-to-end ordering process, including Third Parties risk management and suppliers master data management.

You will support Inventory and post-sales activities. You will manage Field Force distribution activities supporting our internal customer and processing orders and returns. You will also act as point of contact for Information Security, Business Continuity and Carbon activities


Your Responsibilities:


Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Full end-to-end ownership of purchase orders process including orders creation, goods receipt, invoices verification and management through AP4SAP system, TPRM process and Supplier master data creation/management, maintaining close cooperation with Supply Chain, Customer Service and Tender managers to assure a high level of compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Manage postsales activities as Assinde returns, theft and lost and recalls maintaining close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and warehouse and distribution manager.
  • Support "W&D & Inventory Management Specialist" to assure stock alignment on daily basis with the warehouse, checking the proper processing of goods delivery notes shipped to customers.
  • Field Force Distribution activities: process in SAP the requests for samples and promotional items, keep updated the distribution list, support our internal client with complaints and question, give customer information about our service, take orders and process returns.
  • Coordinate Information Security activities and update the Team if necessary (Business Information Security Champion-BISC).
  • Support Supply Chain and Customer Service team to manage and update Business Continuity Plan and Carbon Plan.

Minimum requirements

Essential Requirements:


  • English and Italian Fluent
  • Bachelor's degree preferrable
  • Ability to think out of the box and propose innovative solutions / approaches
  • Time management, efficiency, ability to meet deadlines, work with mínimal supervision
  • Strong motivation and attitude to customer relationship
  • Problem solving skills
