L'obiettivo dell'addetto alle vendite è quello di sviluppare le vendite e costruire relazioni di lungo periodo e di fidelizzazione con i clienti nell'area stabilita dall'azienda.

Assicura l'attuazione delle attività di vendita stabilite dall'azienda in termini di disponibilità del prodotto, posizionamento, promozione e prezzo per garantire un continuo sviluppo positivo del fatturato annuale e della redditività complessiva dell'azienda.

Vendite mirate ai prodotti per soddisfare le esigenze specifiche dei clienti professionali.
Attuazione dei piani per i clienti. Assicurarsi che le attività stabilite dal responsabile delle vendite siano attuate presso i propri clienti.
Visitare i clienti in base alle visite
Gestire tutti i canali di vendita di riferimento e gestire il corretto posizionamento dei prodotti.
Assicurare che l'intero processo di prevendita e postvendita abbia successo in base agli obiettivi dell'azienda attraverso la raccolta della trasmissione degli ordini e il monitoraggio.
Monitorare e aumentare la soddisfazione dei clienti;
Eseguire corsi di formazione o dimostrazioni presso il punto vendita, ove richiesto.
Sviluppa il portafoglio clienti attraverso la ricerca continua e l'identificazione di nuovi partner commerciali.
Trasferire le politiche di vendita ai clienti e in generale alla distribuzione.
Implementa le attività promozionali con la preparazione di aree promozionali in collaborazione con la funzione di trade marketing.
Ospita e partecipa a eventi commerciali chiave, ad esempio fiere, mostre, dimostrazioni in negozio ed eventi per ampliare le opportunità di vendita, se necessario.
Raccogliere informazioni nella propria area (rilevamento dei prezzi della concorrenza, analisi e studio dei prodotti della concorrenza) e riferirle al proprio responsabile.
