Requisiti ed esperienze richieste
Formazione ad indirizzo meccanico e approfondita conoscenza delle lavorazioni meccaniche ad asportazione truciolo, con esperienza almeno quinquennale nel settoreEsperienza presso utensilerie e/o officine con macchine utensili a controllo numericoFamiliarità con dinamiche commerciali e competenze economicheEsperienza comprovata nella vendita diretta B2B e nel settore commercialeConoscenza del mercato di riferimento e della concorrenzaFlessibilità e capacità di adattamento a situazioni e contesti diversiDisponibilità a viaggiare sul territorio di competenza Ottime capacità di comunicazione e persuasioneOrientamento ai risultati e capacità di raggiungere obiettivi di venditaCapacità di gestire autonomamente il proprio lavoro e di lavorare in TeamConoscenza della lingua ingleseConoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (pacchetto Office, Outlook, CRM, E-Commerce)La posizione prevede un periodo iniziale di formazione ed affiancamento adeguati al livello di preparazione professionale che il candidato dovrà raggiungere.
