Job Description:

Where and when could you start the internship with us?

Starting from October 30th, 2023, we will offer an internship opportunity in the After Sales - Product Care team.

Key Accountabilities:

Create and define a standard report to be shared with different stakeholders.
Provide support for process analysis and optimization.
Offer planning support.
Provide an overview of projects.

What will you learn with us?

The trainee will be assigned to the Product Care Operations team and will have the opportunity to acquire a range of knowledge and skills inherent to After Sales processes, as well as those relating to Special Projects.

With continuous support from the company tutor and within the reference team, he/she will undergo training aimed at acquiring knowledge and skills by participating in the following activities:

Participate in alignment meetings with team coordinators to collaborate proactively on the daily management of activities.
Observe and learn the operational product management phases of After Sales activities by working alongside the operations team.
Support in collecting and integrating detailed analyses, contributing to the elaboration of supporting materials for meetings and discussions.
Analyze and monitor the status and progress of specific projects.
Prepare presentations based on provided inputs and guidelines, and potentially add details and insights if required.

What are the basics?

You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Economics, Process Engineering, Management Engineering, Project Management or related fields.
Previous curricular/extracurricular or educational experience abroad is a plus.
Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required
Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

How will the Recruitment process look like?

The selection process will be starting in September 202- If your profile meets the listed requirements and your resume stands out, you will be asked to complete a Cognitive Aptitude test (+ technical test/excel if required)

After the test result, you will be invited for the first interview with the Talent Acquisition Team.
The last step of the recruitment process will be a final interview with the hiring manager and HRBP.
