Alliances & Channels Partner Account Administrator (PAM) will be responsible for the management and alliances strategy of a number (approx 20) of Consulting Partners for the Italian region.

In this role the PAM will define short and long-term business goals and a go-to-market plan with each partner. The Partner Account Manager will align with all relevant internal stakeholders around the clearly defined Go To Market plans.

The Partner Account Manager will manage the forecast for influenced and sourced ACV and ensure the partners are well aligned with our PSMs and Account Executives in the sales process.

The Partner Account Manager will align closely with sales stakeholders (RVPs & AEs) to drive joint account planning.


The Partner Account Manager will build Credential plans to grow certified capacity based on products and industries that align to the strategic partnership business plans.

The Partner Account Manager will work with presales (System Engineering) and post sales (Customer Success Group) to ensure partners accurately scope and deliver successful salesforce implementation projects and adoption of licenses.


Additionally, the Partner Account Manager will be responsible for evangelising Salesforce's value proposition within the partners business and facilitate the partners value proposition within Salesforce.

The Partner Account Manager will drive execution in concert with sales plays, services offering, and solutions in the UK market and field sales teams.


Criteria for Success:

  • ACV Influenced achievement vs. ACV Target
  • Partner pipe, sourced and influenced vs. Pipe Target
  • Credentialed Individuals growth, Credential growth, and Delivery Readiness
  • Partner Business Plan agreed
  • Partner Demand Generation plan agreed
  • Joint Go To Market alignment defined and Joint Account Planning performed with strategic customer accounts Quarterly Key Sales Objectives (KSO's)

Requirements:


  • Significant experience & success in a sales environment in an A&C capacity
  • Sales, consulting practice or partner management background
  • Strong network / references on partner side
  • Proven ability to build, lead and execute strategy in a crossfunctional environment
