Young Platform is a FinTech startup based in Turin that aims to become a smart digital bank natively focused on new digital services.

In fact, through its products, Young Platform offers all the tools to freely manage digital assets:

from an app to learn everything about crypto, to an intuitive platform to buy the first cryptocurrency, up to indicators and APIs for traders and professionals.

For our office in Turin we are looking for a
Junior Legal Counsel who will support our Head of Legal in carrying out activities related to all the legal aspects of the company.

In particular, you will be involved in:
- filling out company contracts
- supporting the management of privacy compliance
- checking and monitoring regarding the proper maintenance of contracts with suppliers
- supporting corporate operations
- supporting corporate secretarial obligations

Required Skills:

- good knowledge of banking regulations/financial companies
- basic knowledge of corporate compliance
- basic knowledge of GDPR privacy issues
- familiarity with contract compilation
- basic knowledge of blockchain technology
- excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
- basic knowledge of another language (preferably French/Spanish)

Nice to have:

- knowledge of corporate financial statements and accounting standards
- in-depth knowledge of how blockchain technology works
