Young Platform is a FinTech startup based in Turin that aims to become a smart digital bank natively focused on new digital services.

In fact, through its products, Young Platform offers all the tools to freely manage digital assets: from an app to learn everything about crypto, to an intuitive platform to buy the first cryptocurrency, up to indicators and APIs for traders and professionals.

For our office in Turin we are looking for an
HR Intern who will support the HR Manager in carrying out activities related to the recruitment and selection of new employees.


In particular, you will be involved in:

  • Writing and publishing job postings on the website and on recruiting channels
  • Participate in the preliminary and technical interviews
  • Support in the predisposition and management of the hiring documents
  • Support in the onboarding activities of new colleagues
  • Support in office management activities

Required Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in business or law
  • Basic knowledge of HR topics
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Aptitude for problem solving
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Aptitude for active listening and good communication skills

Our hiring process aims to be as clear and streamlined as possible and includes 3 steps:

  • Technical interview, aimed at assessing whether your skills are aligned with what we are looking for
  • Final interview to verify the cultural fit with our reality.
In addition to these steps we may request a further interview or an assessment to be carried out offline.
