Objective

Business partnering is a crucial part of the Finance manager job, in particular when it comes to providing the right analytics and empowering the business to make the best decisions.

Given the new opportunities that the company is experiencing in the Neuroscience area, we are looking for a committed professional to join our team and help us to drive advanced analytics in this new line of business.

Activities

Provide comprehensive financial support for the Neuroscience Business Unit
Cooperate in mid and longterm forecasting for Sales and OPEX
Provide relevant reporting (quantitative & qualitative) for their own area
Provide valueadded financial analytics to support business initiatives and decisions
Fiduciary responsibility: support the business to be compliant to financial policies and procedures; maintain internal controls and compliance as relates to job responsibilities

Requirements:

Experience in crossfunctional work/projects and ability to influence business partners
Fluent in Italian and English
Analytical and presentation/communication skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity
Detail oriented but still able to see bigger picture
High level of initiative and willingness to challenge the status quo
Planning and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
