    Job Title: Quality Services & Improvements Lead

    Location: Rieti

    OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

    • Optimize Quality processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with Finance, Capital Management, and Business Excellence teams to allocate resources effectively for Quality initiatives and priorities, playing a key role in managing OPEX/CAPEX processes.
    • Manage current and capital expenditures forecasting, spending, invoicing, and reconciliations within the Quality department.
    • Coordinate Quality projects, process improvements, and knowledge sharing within the Site quality organization.
    • Drive strategic thinking and innovation within the Quality team to transform the business.
    • Develop Quality Strategies for a unified quality approach and facilitate change.
    • Cultivate a Quality Culture through collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Monitor budget adherence for the site Quality Organization and facilitate OPEX/CAPEX processes.
    • Supervise budget spending phases, provide guidance to Quality budget owners, and promote Cost Efficiency initiatives.
    • Manage projects in Quality Areas and support Quality teams in the purchase orders lifecycle.
    • Lead optimization, digitalization, and cost reduction projects in the Quality area.
    • Deploy Quality strategy in alignment with the Business Excellence Team.
    • Promote the use of innovative digital Technologies in Quality.
    • Support organizational change and successful implementation.

    EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILL&

    • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Management preferred), Business, or other scientific fields.
    • 3-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry or similar fields.
    • 3 years of leadership experience preferred.
    • Strong analytical and critical Thinking Skills.
    • Experience with IT systems in a Quality organization.
    • Knowledge of new emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and Big Data analytics.
    • Lean mentality and training on Lean methodologies.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and problem-solving aptitude.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Understanding of international regulations and industry standards.
