Your role:

As Retail Manager you will be part of the Retail Team and you will be responsible for a retail network of top stores, managing daily operations and visits to achieve consistency and efficiency.

What you will do:

Manage a retail network of full price stores daily onsite to maximize potential
Build and establish commercial & customer centric mindset at Store Manager and Assistant Manager level through KPI and service excellence trainings (daily/weekly/monthly)
Inspire, motivate, develop, and coach your team through effective leadership to ensure that sales targets are achieved
Full P&L responsibility of the respective area
Develop brand awareness in each location through local networking and market activity
Perform permanently store visits to train, support, motivate and develop entire store teams
Report actions on a regular basis
Liaise with HQ functions in Italy to give store and market insights in order to improve overall performance

Experience & qualifications you will bring:

KPI driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Ability to work in fast paced environments and to achieve business goals with tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
100% willingness to travel (Monday Friday)
