Key Responsibilities:


Inventory Management:
Oversee the efficient flow of stock, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.


Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a dedicated stock team to maintain high standards of organization and efficiency.


Loss Prevention:
Implement strategies to minimize stock shrinkage and ensure the security of high-value items.


Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and optimize stock levels.


Reporting:
Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into stock performance and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in Retail stock management.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
