Position: Backoffice OE Sales (M/F/d)

Country/Region: IT
Location: Assago, Milan, IT, 20090

What to expect in the Backoffice OE Sales role:

Customer quotation, cost collection, and margin calculation support
Customer orders processing, preparing and confirming orders
Monitoring delivery dates and managing critical situations
Approving customer material shipment
Tracking payments and handling overdue claims
Filing and managing non-conformities
Reporting internally and externally on customer portals
Creating new customer and item cards

Requirements for the Backoffice OE Sales position:

2+ years of proven back-office experience
Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a plus
Experience in database management
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in economics or communication
Knowledge of SAP or similar systems
Proficient in the MS Office suite
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
