To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Talent Management Specialist.

  • KEY TASKS:
  • Organize, schedule, administer, and monitor the existing development programs, including alternatives and accommodations, for various departments;
  • Develops, implements and evaluates employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines such as management development, talent management, succession planning, technical or nontechnical training, or elearning;
  • Monitors employee development and training programs, assesses needs and results, develops new programs and modifies existing programs;
  • Overall management of annual employee assessment (PMP);
  • Create custom training products for different occasions;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
University degree - Master/Bachelor degree
Good command of English /written and spoken/
Computer skills in MS Office Applications - especially in Excel
Ability to plan and organize tasks
Team player
Ability to act in emergency
Customer orientated
Flexible
Previous experience - desirable
