- Monitorare l'esecuzione delle attività affidate a subappaltatori e subcontraenti, al fine di predisporre lettere di riscontro, contestazioni e/o richieste di maggiori tempi e costi;
- Predisporre lettere di richiamo e contestazioni in base alle disposizioni contrattuali e fornire un supporto, laddove richiesto, nella predisposizione di Ordini di Servizio;
- Gestire la corrispondenza con la filiera contrattuale passiva svolgendo la propria attività sotto la direzione ed il coordinamento del Contract Manager e di concerto con il Responsabile della Produzione.
- In possesso di Laurea in Ingegneria e/o Diploma Tecnico di Geometra;
- Esperienza precedente di almeno 4/6 anni in ruolo analogo;
- Esperienza in opere civili - edili nell'ambito di imprese di costruzione specializzate in appalti pubblici;
- Buona conoscenza della normativa in materia di Appalti Pubblici, Antimafia e Sicurezza;
- Buona conoscenza e pratica dei programmi IT;
- Attitudine al coordinamento di un team di lavoro
