Il/la Controller dovrà interagire direttamente con la Direzione Aziendale nei vari ambiti di competenza con le seguenti mansioni:
- predisposizione mensile del bilancio riclassificato con calcolo dei principali indicatori di monitoraggio dei costi e dell'andamento del fatturato;
- predisposizione del Bilancio Annuale di fine esercizio, con l'ausilio di consulenti fiscali e legali;
- predisposizione del budget;
- elaborazione del costo di prodotto;
- definizione del pricing di prodotto ed analisi delle vendite/marginalità di prodotto, a supporto dell'Area Commerciale;
- analisi e monitoraggio delle performance produttive, tramite estrazione diretta dei dati sia dal Sistema Informativo aziendale che da programmi satellite;
- supporto alla pianificazione della produzione per la definizione dei carichi di lavoro;
- calcolo dei costi orari uomo/macchina;
- elaborazione dei dati per l'inventario di fine anno e valorizzazione delle scorte;
- implementazione, e manutenzione nel tempo, del sistema di contabilità analitica per centri di costo.
Il candidato/a ideale ha:
- maturato esperienza nel ruolo di controller preferibilmente in ambito manifatturiero/produttivo;
- una buona conoscenza del gestionale Microsoft Dynamics NAV e/o Microsoft Business Central;
- una conoscenza avanzata di Excel e dei comuni sistemi di estrazione ed elaborazione dei dati (Sql Server, Power BI);
- una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.
Sede di lavoro: Gozzano (NO)
Richiesta la residenza in zone limitrofe alla sede, provincia di Novara e Vercelli.
