Agli Amici, battezzato così negli anni 60, quando gli amici della piccola frazione alle porte di Udine vi si incontravano, è una vera e propria avventura familiare, iniziata nel 1887 con un bar-tabaccheria.

Oggi i fratelli Emanuele e Michela, la quinta generazione, insieme ad un team giovane e motivato, proseguono l'attività - mai ripetitiva e sempre stimolante
- dell'Ospitalità.


La cura del dettaglio si respira negli ambienti caldi e attualissimi - frutto di scelte eticamente solide - nella selezione appassionata dei prodotti della regione, dove il mare e la montagna si uniscono - branzino, ricci di mare, maiale, ortaggi..

-; le erbette selvatiche colte nei dintorni del ristorante o nei vini di piccoli produttori o di vigneti dimenticati.

Baptized in the 60s when the friends of the small village on the outskirts of Udine met there, Agli Amici is a real family adventure that began with a tobacconist's shop in 1887.

Today the fifth generation brothers Emanuele and Michela, together with a team young and motivated, they continue the never repetitive and always stimulating hospitality activity.

Job description


All'interno del ristorante stellato si occupa di:

  • gestire la mise en place
- accogliere la clientela
- sbarazzare la sala, pulire e mantenere l'ordine
- supportare lo Chef de Rang nella gestione operativa del servizio di sala, nel rispetto degli standard e delle procedure


Inside the starred restaurant deals with:

  • manage the mise en place
- welcome guests
- clean and maintain the order
- support the Chef de Rang in the operational management of the hall service, in compliance with the standards, production procedures and HACCP standards in force

Contratto a tempo determinato, con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato
Inserimento previsto da maggio 2023
Retribuzione commisurata all'effettiva esperienza della risorsa scelta
Turnazione mercoledì -giovedì-venerdì e sabato (pranzo e cena) a domenica a pranzo
Vitto e alloggio in appartamento condiviso

Fixed-term contract, with the possibility of permanent employment
Expected placement from May 2023
Compensation commensurate with actual experience in selecting resources
Shift from Wednesday-Thursday-Friday and Saturday (lunch and dinner) to Sunday for lunch
Board and lodging in shared apartment

Profile description

  • Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e buona conoscenza di inglese
  • Esperienza di un anno maturata in hotel 4*/5*, ristoranti gourmet, Relais & Châteaux
  • Completano il profilo capacità organizzative, comunicazione, orientamento al cliente e collaborazione
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian, good knowledge of English
- one year of experience gained in 4*/5* hotels, gourmet restaurants, Relais & Châteaux

  • Completes the profile: organizational skills, communication, customer orientation and collaboration
