- Pianificazione fiscale: Collabora con esperti fiscali per ottimizzare la posizione fiscale dell'azienda.
- Finanza e Contabilità: solida comprensione della gestione finanziaria, pianificazione del budget, analisi dei costi e delle entrate, e conoscenza delle normative fiscali.
- Strategia Finanziaria: deve essere in grado di sviluppare e implementare strategie finanziarie a lungo termine per sostenere la crescita dell'azienda.
- Gestione del Rischio: deve valutare e mitigare i rischi finanziari, come cambiamenti nel mercato o fluttuazioni valutarie.
- Comunicazione e Leadership : deve essere in grado di comunicare efficacemente con il team di gestione, gli investitori e altre parti interessate.
- Laurea in economia o business administration.
- Esperienza in ruoli analoghi in aziende in forte crescita e in settori correlati.

L'azienda, dopo una fase iniziale, nella quale sono state completate lo sviluppo della piattaforma, una base utenti importante e una pipeline di clienti e partner altrettanto importante, è adesso nella fase di scale-up e necessita l'inserimento di una figura di riferimento per l'area AFC, particolarmente per le attività di gestione dei rapporti con il mondo finanziario e degli investimenti.
Il candidato avrà la responsabilità del governo dell'area AFC, ossia di supervisionare e indirizzare le risorse e le attività dell'ufficio AFC, avrà inoltre il compito strategico di gestire le relazioni con il mondo finanziario (banche, investitori, fondi, family office, etc.) per raggiungere gli obiettivi di raccolta definiti dal Buniness Plan (fundraising) e gestire quindi l'investimento dei fondi ottimizzandone il risultato finanziario.
